About Gao Hanyi As A "LaoShi (Loud Sir) - Teacher"
teaching "career" basically started back in the year 1983, when
he was still a 15-year-old secondary school student.
As an "NCO" (Non-Commissioned Officer) in the St. John Ambulance
division in his school, he was put in-charge of training new cadet recruits
in foot-drills and first-aid courses.
As part of his training in one of the best St. John Ambulance divisions nationwide,
he was taught, guided and mentored by some of the best NCOs and Officers
on how to be a really good trainer and leader.
Without knowing it, the strong foundation laid, has given
a head start on the path to becoming a trainer and "teacher", for life.
For the last 24 years, Gao Hanyi's
work in different fields ranging from Information Technology (IT)
to Education, have always led to his role as a trainer and / or instructor.
One way or another, he always ended up training his colleagues and customers,
who are mostly senior executives, head of departments and professionals.
Nevertheless, "teaching" has always been a part-time work of
Gao Hanyi, while he was involved
in Sales & Sales Management, Public Relations (PR),
Marketing Management, Logistics, Operations Management,
Administrative Management, Business Development,
Research & Development, Management Resource Planning,
Internet Marketing, Strategic Management,
Chinese language conversation courses are
conducted in Kuching city, Sarawak state, East Malaysia (Borneo Island).
has taught more than 1000 adults (13 - 85 years old).

student is 85-year-old.
